Friendly reminder about our cancellation policy: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without a fee if done within 24 hours. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered late cancellations and will result in a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled service. If you do not cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “no-show” and charged the full price of your scheduled service. Appointments booked for the same day are still subject to the cancellation policy.
