Cancellation Policy
Pedicure services

Friendly reminder about our cancellation policy: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without a fee if done within 24 hours. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered late cancellations and will result in a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled service. If you do not cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “no-show” and charged the full price of your scheduled service. Appointments booked for the same day are still subject to the cancellation policy.
Pedicure services

Late arrivals will be charged the full price of the scheduled service, even if there is not enough time to redeem it. If you are 15 minutes late, we may still be able to perform the service using our full cover camouflage base without any designs or extensions.
